I am a licensed psychotherapist specializing in relationship and sex therapy (license # 149-017440). I am certified by the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT). I work with individuals and couples. My style is warm and engaging. My approach is evidence-based. And most importantly, I offer genuine compassion that is free from judgment.
I received my bachelors in social work from Carthage College and went on to complete my masters in social work from Loyola University Chicago. I have completed the post-graduate sexual health program at University of Michigan. My background includes sexual abuse counseling and the creation of a sexual health program within a major cancer center. I am trained in the Gottman method of couples therapy.
I serve the northern suburbs of Chicago including Glenview, Northbrook, Lake Forest, Libertyville, Gurnee and more. Sessions are offered in person in my office or via teleconference through an internet platform.
