RELATIONSHIP THERAPY

A good relationship is one of the cornerstones of overall wellness. Though, being in an intimate relationship is difficult and often becomes toxic or unsatisfying over time. Couples therapy is an effective way to reduce negative cycles, improve communication and empathy and begin to truly experience the benefits of real intimacy and trust.

Couples therapy usually starts with a few sessions together and possibly some sessions individually. I encourage collaboration in goal setting and offer a helpful environment to build safety and closeness.
