INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Whether you are seeking relief from a particular issue or you are looking for overall self improvement, individual therapy will allow you to develop a better understanding of your barriers and how to meet your goals. We work to identify unhelpful patterns or environments, gain insights and establish new strategies that lead to better outcomes. Using evidence based models of therapy such as cognitive behavioral, acceptance and commitment and mindfulness techniques we can create a plan for lasting change.

My specialties include working with trauma, grief and loss, anxiety and obsession-compulsive disorder, depression, relationship and parenting issues and LGBTQIA populations. I am a poly and kink aware therapist.
